The Mortgage Bureau picks up another award

Lanes New Homes’ award winning mortgage and financial services providers The Mortgage Bureau were delighted to add to their accolades by once again being recognised as the best in the ‘new build’ mortgage broker industry at the recent awards event at The Guildhall, London.

The team were even more delighted that it was the 3rd year in a row that they had been recognised as such by Legal and General Mortgage Club, the largest ‘new build’ Mortgage Club in the UK.

Voted on by banks, building societies and other industry groups the award is based on quality of service, packaging and diversity. With an average application to mortgage offer time of just 14 days and using over 50 lenders to help apx. 5,000 people move into a newly built property – the figures speak for themselves.
