National Conference looks at emerging trends for the UK’s Land & New Homes market

Many aspects of the changing Land and New Homes market were discussed at the recent Countrywide National Conference which was attended by Lanes’ admin, sales and land teams.

With information being presented by delegates from across the country there were many re-occurring themes on the day from the ongoing strength of demand for potential urban and rural development land, the changing local authority planning policies and government initiatives and from a buyers’ perspective, the importance of establishing their ability to fund a potential purchase via Help to Buy as early as possible.
