North London office experiences increased footfall after comprehensive refurbishment

James Luton, manager of Lanes New Homes’ recently updated sales office in Enfield, has reported a twofold increase in the number of buyers walking in to discuss new developments in the area. ‘The office now enjoys extensive window and internal display space’ said James ‘and many buyers seem to call in to discuss what’s on offer whilst they are visiting the adjacent Tesco superstore’.

In addition to being able to provide up to date availability and specification data on a wide variety of schemes across the area, the Southbury Road office also has a dedicated sales and information team for Linden Homes’ major scheme on The Ridgeway, Enfield which is currently being constructed within the former grounds of Chase Farm Hospital.

James continued ‘We’re used to purchaser demand being high when we release high quality schemes in Enfield but many local buyers have been aware of the Linden Homes scheme progressing through the planning process for some time so there’s even more pent up demand than usual!’
