Enfield – Towards new local plan 2036

Since the 5th December 2018 through to 28th February 2019, Enfield Council are consulting on the Issues and Options version of their Local Plan, guiding development within the Borough up to 2036.  This version of the Local Plan seeks views and comments on the ’good growth’ principles that aim to ensure growth delivers: infrastructure improvements; a range of housing; new schools; improved health facilities, and promotes many other planning gains and opportunities.  The Council have also issued a Call for sites, which provides an opportunity to put forward and promote sites as housing allocations within the new Local Plan.

If you would like further advice about the Local Plan process in Enfield, or have a property/land interest within the Borough that you would like assistance with promoting for development, please contact our planning consultant, Peter Biggs, at planning@lanesnewhomes.co.uk or tel. no. 07710016079.
